PushUp Push is a game for challenging friends to push-up goals. You are responsible for exercising safely and within your own limits. The app is not a fitness or medical program and does not provide medical advice. Consult a professional before starting any new exercise.
You're responsible for activity on your account and for the content (including proof photos or clips) you share into a challenge. Don't upload anything unlawful, harassing, or that you don't have the right to share.
Power Plays are one-time purchases. All-Access is an auto-renewing subscription that renews until cancelled; you can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Consumable purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law.
PushUp Push lets you attach a photo or short video as proof of a set, visible to your rival for 24 hours before it is deleted. By posting any content you agree that you will not upload anything objectionable — including abusive, harassing, hateful, sexual, or violent material — or anything you don't have the right to share.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report any content from the proof viewer and block any user from their card. We review reports and act on them — removing violating content and terminating repeat or serious offenders' accounts — within 24 hours. Report or appeal anything by emailing dawson@dawsonrussell.com.
Don't cheat, exploit, or attempt to manipulate counts, other players, or our servers. We may suspend accounts that do.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the changes.
